Throughout the ages the human form has been witnessed in the trees and become the inspiration behind folkloric tales of wood nymphs,  druids, and tree spirits. Whether you believe the myths or not, you can’t help but notice the twisting anthropomorphic shapes in the roots and trunks of trees that do indeed suggest faces and bodies dancing or stretching….silently watching. I’ve noticed.
